The Tate FX Raise The Dead is a fearless one knob fuzz built in the UK and engineered for tone hunters who want instant, explosive character without the usual vintage fuzz headaches. Inspired by a classic 60s single control circuit but rebuilt from the ground up, it delivers thick, harmonic rich fuzz that responds beautifully to your guitar’s volume, from gritty crunch to full tilt, face melting saturation.

Unlike the original 60s designs, Raise The Dead includes a built-in pickup simulator, meaning it keeps its tone and behaviour anywhere in your signal chain. No more fussing about placement, no more temperamental input requirements, just plug in, turn one knob, and unleash.

Using hand selected transistors, 1% metal-film resistors and premium capacitors, Tate FX ensures this modernised vintage monster is quiet where it should be, wild where it matters, and consistently inspiring. Run it low for gnarly garage grit, or crank it for thick, blown out sustain that roars like an amp on the edge of collapse.

Powered by a standard Boss-style 9V centre-negative supply (no battery inside), this fuzz is built for pedalboard life, clean, reliable, and ready to raise the dead nightly.

This is a 'used' pedal, in our Grade 4 excellent condition except velcro on the back and no original box.
